Who runs this site, and what is it not?
Bali Raja Ampat covers one route: getting you from Ngurah Rai International (DPS) in Bali to Raja Ampat and back. That means DPS-SOQ flights into Domine Eduard Osok, transfers in Sorong, the ferry to Waisai, combined Bali and Raja Ampat itineraries of 7 to 14 days, and nights in Bali before or after the trip.
The desk is operated by Komodo Luxury, a charter operator based in Labuan Bajo. Bookings go directly through its reservations team. Juara Holding Group publishes the website.

Where Komodo Luxury does not own the asset (a Bali hotel, a domestic flight, a car in Sorong), the service is arranged via vetted licensed partners. That partner’s own terms apply alongside ours.
Why do prices and schedules on this site change?
Because the people who set them change them. Airlines reprice daily. Regencies revise levies. Ferry operators reshuffle departures. Every figure we publish carries a date and a source so you can judge how fresh it is.

Some numbers are projections rather than facts. We label projections as such; please plan around them as possibilities only.
Does anything on this site guarantee an outcome?
No. In particular, we do not guarantee:
- that a nonstop flight operates on your date (on most days the practical route is one stop via Makassar or Jakarta);
- that a hub connection holds in wet season (we suggest asking for 3 to 4 hours);
- sea state, visibility or wildlife sightings at Wayag, Piaynemo, Misool or anywhere else;
- that a levy, permit or entry rule stays the same between booking and arrival;
- that a named boat is free in July, August or Christmas weeks, which are requested first;
- that Grab or Gojek will pick up at Sorong Airport or the harbour.
Weather, port closures, airline schedule changes and government decisions can reshape a trip. When that happens, our team works to re-route you, but the event itself sits outside our control.
What happens when you book?
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. A booking exists only once the Komodo Luxury reservations team sends written confirmation stating the itinerary, inclusions, price, payment schedule and cancellation terms.
Keep these terms in view:
- Third-party rules apply. Airline fare conditions, hotel cancellation policies and ferry ticket terms stay with those providers.
- Government fees pass straight through. Marine park and regency levies go to the authorities, paid online via the Marine Park Authority portal or on site at Sorong harbour and the Waisai office. Treat them as non-refundable once issued.
- Fix the date before the boat. The park works on dated tickets, so lock the charter date first.
- Insurance is yours to arrange. Look for cover that includes medical evacuation, trip interruption and diving if you plan to dive.
- Entry paperwork is yours to check. Indonesia has used a single digital arrival card with a QR code since 1 Sep 2025; visa and passport rules sit with Indonesian immigration and your own government.
To the extent Indonesian law allows, neither Komodo Luxury nor Juara Holding Group is liable for loss arising from reliance on website content alone, from the acts or omissions of third parties, or from events beyond reasonable control. Nothing here removes rights you hold under applicable consumer protection law.
How is your personal data handled?
When you message on WhatsApp or send an email, you share details such as your name, phone number, travel dates, group size and sometimes passport or dietary information. We use that data to answer your inquiry and arrange the trip you asked for.
We handle it with regard to Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022, known as UU PDP), whose two-year transition period ended in October 2024. For guests from the EU, EEA or UK, we are aware of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and follow its core principles: a clear purpose, only the data needed, and respect for your rights.
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you;
- correct details that are wrong;
- delete data no longer needed for a booking or a legal record;
- stop sending you marketing messages.
Booking data is shared only with the partners needed to deliver your trip: airlines, hotels, boat crews, transfer drivers and permit offices. Please never send card numbers or passwords by WhatsApp or email.
Are external links and partner offers endorsed?
Links to airlines, booking sites, government portals and partner operators are there for convenience; we do not control those sites. When we mention Luxury Raja Ampat’s 14-day Raja Ampat and Komodo package, which is quoted on request for your dates, group size and inclusions, we are reporting that partner’s published offer, and its terms govern it.
We do not publish invented reviews, ratings or awards. If a claim on this site looks wrong or out of date, tell us and we will check it against the source.

Before paying a deposit, buying a flight or heading to Sorong harbour, check the current position with the reservations team.
