Bali first, or Raja Ampat first?

The same ten days, in two orders. Which one suits depends on your international flight.

Variant A — Bali first

Boat nights 5–9

Land, Ubud, move to a hotel near the airport, then fly DPS–SOQ via Makassar with a Sorong night before boarding.

Best when you arrive jet-lagged and want the recovery up front

Variant B — Raja Ampat first

Boat nights 2–6

Connect to Sorong on arrival day, board, sail north to Wayag, then fly back for spa, beach or Ubud at the end.

Best when you want Bali as the wind-down, not the warm-up

    Around a GA 686 night, or a hub connection with a 3–4 hour buffer.

    Pay the permits.

    Online through the Marine Park Authority portal, or on site.
