Bali Raja Ampat Terms of Service (2026)

Bali Raja Ampat Terms of Service (2026)

These terms of service govern your use of balirajaampat.com, the Bali Raja Ampat travel desk published by Juara Holding Group with trips operated by Komodo Luxury. Published prices and schedules are informational as of 2026 and subject to change; bookings follow Komodo Luxury’s own reservation conditions, and airline, ferry and park-authority rules apply separately.

Effective date: 16 September 2026.

Who runs this site, and what does it do?

balirajaampat.com is an information and inquiry desk for travellers linking Bali with Raja Ampat: DPS-SOQ flight routing, combined Bali and Raja Ampat itineraries of 7 to 14 days, transfers, and pre- or post-trip stays in Bali.

Juara Holding Group publishes the site. Raja Ampat sailing programmes and trip arrangements are handled by Komodo Luxury, an operator based in Labuan Bajo, whose reservations team manages bookings directly.

Some services are not delivered by Komodo Luxury itself: a domestic flight, a Bali hotel, the public ferry. Those come from independent suppliers or vetted licensed partners. We do not own those airlines, hotels or ferry services, and we are not a licensed legal, tax, visa or financial adviser.

Using the site or contacting us through it means you accept these terms.

What may you do on this site?

You may read, print and share links to pages for personal, non-commercial trip planning. You may not:

  • copy, scrape or republish content, tables or price summaries at scale without written permission;
  • submit false identities, another person’s details or payment card data through any contact route;
  • probe, overload or disrupt the site, or try to bypass its security;
  • use the site to send spam or unlawful material.

Text, layout and original graphics belong to Juara Holding Group or its licensors. Names such as Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air or the Raja Ampat Marine Park Authority appear only to describe real services and imply no endorsement.

How reliable are the prices and schedules we publish?

Every figure here is an indicative snapshot, dated “as of 2026” and subject to change. We name sources in the text, but fares, timetables and levies move without notice. A price binds only when Komodo Luxury confirms it in a written quotation for your dates and group.

Published information Example snapshot (2026) Why it can change
DPS-SOQ nonstop Garuda GA 686, roughly once a week, departing 01:30-01:40 (FlightConnections, Sep 2026) Airline schedule revisions
Economy fares Garuda one-way: quote on request for your dates Fare class, booking date, demand
Sorong-Waisai ferry Daily 09:00 and 14:00 from 1 Sep 2026; 14:00 only on public holidays Operator and harbour decisions
Charter rates Raja Ampat Honeymoon Cruise 2026: quote on request for the vessel, dates, duration, guest count and inclusions Season, vessel, itinerary, exchange rates

Where a page and your written quotation disagree, the quotation prevails.

How do bookings actually work?

Nothing on this site is a completed booking. The sequence runs like this:

  1. You send dates, group size and preferences by WhatsApp or email.
  2. Komodo Luxury’s reservations team replies with availability and a written quotation.
  3. You review and accept the quotation together with its reservation conditions: deposit, balance schedule, amendments, cancellation and force majeure.
  4. The booking stands only after written confirmation and any required payment.

Komodo Luxury’s reservation conditions, as stated in your quotation or confirmation, govern the booking contract. If they conflict with these site terms, they prevail for that booking.

Raja Ampat departures are whole-boat charters with captain, crew and private chef. The park works on dated tickets, so fix your travel dates before choosing a vessel. July, August and Christmas weeks are usually requested first; 2027 inquiries should include dates and group size.

Share passport details only when the reservations team asks for them to issue permits or tickets. Never send card numbers or passwords by chat or email.

How is your personal data handled?

We collect what you send: name, contact details, travel dates, group size and trip preferences, plus basic technical data such as IP address and pages viewed. We use it to answer inquiries, prepare quotations and pass booking details to Komodo Luxury and to suppliers who must deliver a service, such as a carrier, a hotel or a permit office.

Processing follows Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022, “UU PDP”). You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, subject to legal retention duties.

Visitors from the EU, EEA or UK: we recognise GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability and objection, and we honour equivalent requests where that law applies. We do not sell personal data. WhatsApp is run by Meta, so messages sent there are also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms. Full detail sits in our Privacy Policy.

What are the limits of our liability?

To the extent Indonesian law permits:

  • Site content is general information, not professional travel, legal, medical, visa or financial advice.
  • We are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or insolvency of independent airlines, ferry operators, hotels or authorities.
  • We are not liable for disruption caused by weather, sea state, natural disasters, epidemics, government action, strikes or other events beyond reasonable control.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses, such as flights you booked separately, lost earnings or levies already issued.
  • Liability arising from a booked trip is governed by Komodo Luxury’s reservation conditions.

We guarantee no outcome: not weather, seat availability or marine sightings. Raja Ampat seas are generally calmer from October to April, yet conditions vary. Travel insurance covering medical evacuation and cancellation is strongly recommended for a remote region.

Nothing here removes rights you hold under Indonesia’s Consumer Protection Law (Law No. 8 of 1999) or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Which law governs these terms?

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (Law No. 11 of 2008, as amended). If a dispute arises, contact us first so we can settle it in good faith through deliberation (musyawarah). Disputes that remain unresolved go to the competent courts of Indonesia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Can these terms change?

Yes. We update them when laws, levies or services change, and the effective date above shows the current version. An update does not alter a booking already confirmed under earlier conditions unless the law requires it or you agree. If any clause proves unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
