The Bali Komodo Raja Ampat 14 day trip is a private, quote-built package: a Bali arrival night, six nights on a whole-boat yacht in Raja Ampat, one transit night in Labuan Bajo and four nights sailing Komodo. Who is the 14-day two-park package built for?
It is built for couples, families and small groups who want Raja Ampat and Komodo on one private trip, starting and ending in Bali. Every departure is a whole-boat charter with captain, crew and private chef. There are no shared cabins or fixed group dates.
It suits you if:
- You can commit to fixed dates early, since park permits and yacht nights are tied to the calendar.
- You would rather spend your nights on the water than touring Bali. The package gives Bali one or two nights, not a week.
- You want one desk to handle both parks. Komodo Luxury operates from Labuan Bajo and runs Raja Ampat sailing programmes, and its reservations team handles bookings directly.
It does not suit travellers who want a scheduled liveaboard berth priced per person, open-ended dates or a long Bali stay inside the same two weeks.
What does the day-by-day package look like?
The standard package flies Bali to Sorong first, crosses to Labuan Bajo mid-trip and finishes with a short hop back to Bali. It is built around Garuda GA 686, the DPS-SOQ nonstop. September 2026 snapshots from FlightConnections and fltmapper show it flying about once a week on a Boeing 737-800, leaving at 01:30-01:40 and landing at 05:40.

That makes six boat nights in Raja Ampat and four in Komodo, ten in total. Under the timetable in effect from 1 September 2026, the Sorong-Waisai ferry sails daily at 09:00 and 14:00, with only the 14:00 sailing on public holidays. The crossing takes about two hours.
If GA 686 is not flying on your date, the package switches to a one-stop connection through Makassar or Jakarta. You then land too late for the morning ferry, so Day 3 moves to the 14:00 sailing or adds a night in Sorong. We pre-book the harbour transfer either way: according to Paparisahomestay, Grab and Gojek may not collect at Sorong Airport or the harbour.

The 14-day frame holds 13 nights. You can move nights between Bali and the boats, but each Bali night comes off the water.

Raja Ampat stays at six nights in every variant. Komodo Luxury’s Raja Ampat programmes usually run from 7D6N to 11D10N. If you want the long end, ten nights in Raja Ampat, Komodo no longer fits in 14 days and we quote an extended itinerary instead.
How is the package priced in 2026?
The package has no single sticker price. It is a written quote with one line per component, so you can see exactly where the money goes. The yacht nights are the largest share and are priced per yacht per night, not per person.

Yacht rates depend on the vessel and your dates, and are quoted on request separately from flights, fees and hotels.
Fares move a lot and are quoted on request for your dates. Garuda, Lion Air, Batik Air and Pelita Air all serve the route.
What is included, and what is quoted separately?
On board each yacht, the charter includes the vessel, captain, crew and a private chef for your group alone. Everything else is built into the package as its own line, so nothing is hidden inside a bundle price.
Arranged within the package:
- Both yacht programmes, with nights and route confirmed in writing
- Domestic flight booking for DPS-SOQ, SOQ-LBJ and LBJ-DPS
- The Sorong airport, harbour and ferry sequence, plus Labuan Bajo transfers
- Hotel nights in Bali and Labuan Bajo
- Permit timing, so park fees are paid once your dates are final
Confirm per boat before you sign:
- Meals and drinks policy, dive equipment and guides, and any fuel or port surcharges
- Cabin count and the maximum number of guests the vessel carries
- What happens to the programme if weather closes a planned anchorage
Not part of the package: international flights, travel insurance, visas and personal spending. Since 1 September 2025, Indonesia’s digital arrival card uses one QR code for arrival, customs and health forms, and you complete it yourself before landing.
Which dates work best for this package?
Raja Ampat’s seas are generally calmer from October to April, which also falls in Bali’s quieter months outside Christmas and New Year. Bali is busiest from June to September and during holiday weeks, and July, August and Christmas are the first yacht dates to sell out.
The other date constraint is the flight. GA 686 flies roughly weekly, and FlightRoutes lists 01:40 departures on a Thursday, Friday or Sunday depending on the schedule period. Etihad also sells the flight as codeshare EY 8104, and KAYAK shows a Lion Air nonstop on some dates. How do you reserve the 14-day trip?
