Is one night in Bali enough before flying to Raja Ampat?

It works only if nothing goes wrong. One night leaves no room for a delayed long-haul, and the charter date does not move — two is the realistic minimum.

Do I pay the Bali tourism levy if I only stay two nights?

Yes. The levy applies to international tourists entering Bali, regardless of how long you stay, and it is paid through the Love Bali app.

Can I keep my hotel room until the late-night transfer?

Usually yes, as a late check-out or an extra night, subject to the hotel. With an 01:30 departure it is worth paying for.

Should I stay in Ubud or near the airport before the Sorong flight?

Ubud for the first nights, then move south for the last one. The drive from Ubud is 70–90 minutes even at night, which is the wrong risk to take before a dated charter.
