Day 2 is quiet on purpose. GA 686 leaves at 01:30–01:40, so the second Bali night ends around midnight; a hotel in Jimbaran or Nusa Dua keeps the airport run short.
Day 6 is the honest part: sleeping in Sorong before the flight means a rough-sea delay costs a hotel night, not a flight.
Which departures fit a 7-day window?
The flight decides whether seven days works. Under the schedule effective 1 September 2026, public ferries run Sorong–Waisai daily at 09:00 and 14:00 in both directions, about two hours each way according to Luxury Raja Ampat. On public holidays only the 14:00 sails. Paparisahomestay notes that Grab and Gojek may not pick up at Sorong Airport or the harbour, so the car is arranged in advance.
